It was such a positive experience for Donna Speigel that she wanted to introduce it to other club members. What better venue than the clean waters and breathtaking scenery that Northern Ontario lakes and rivers are known for? Thus the first annual Blackfly rowing Tour was born in June 2003. The first three years saw the event take place along the French and Pickerel Rivers. The last two years have taken place on Trout Lake, near Noelville.
